Special Access And Clearance

Cogent provides technical, liaison, and analytical support services for the analysis and review of use control technologies, operations, planning and budget development, maintenance and integration, security oversight, and policy development in support of special access and clearance programs. In addition, Cogent performs technical analysis of nuclear weapon use control Nuclear Weapon Data (e.g., Sigma 14/Sigma 15) to ensure it is protected under strict security and special access controls. Specifically, we:

• Provide technical and administrative support to nuclear weapon surety and quality programs.

• Manage weapon data access control.

• Ensure the protection of use control vulnerabilities and designs.
