Kristen joined Cogent Security Consulting in 2021 and currently serves as the Director of Human Resources and Facilities. With a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Kristen brings a robust background in law enforcement and investigation to her current role. Before joining Cogent, she served as an Investigator, holding credentials with the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency, the Department of Homeland Security, and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Her career also includes several years as a Police Officer. Kristen is certified in Human Resources (HRCI PHR), enhancing her expertise in managing our team's dynamic needs.
